The Management structure of Rubies and Gold School is made up of a Board comprising professional men and women with diverse experience and interests in the society and who are committed to the development of education in the country. The  Board  determines policies and formulates broad policy guidelines for the day-to-day running of the school under the leadership of the school Proprietress.
