Rubies and Gold school provides a free and confidential counseling service that gives the pupils and counselor the opportunity to discuss any personal matters. here pupils will be a to discuss personal issues concerning their life and education to help them improve in their everyday living .This counselling is carried out by the school counsellor who is highly knowlegeable and God fearing to help pupils during the time of counselling.

Orientation
At the beginning of every academic session, comprehensive orientation programs are provided for all pupils. Some of the activities are:
- excursion to educational, socio-cultural and sports centers.
- career talk aimed at preparing the pupils to have a focus and work hard to attain their goals.
